This week, we had the opportunity to visit Tony Greco at his Greco Lean and Fit Colonnade location, one of 12 locations in the Greater Ottawa Area. It was an absolute pleasure getting to sit down to get the man behind one of the most successful fitness franchises Ottawa has ever known.
He has a magazine and you can hear his radio show every week live on CFRA 7pm to 8pm on Wednesdays and Team 1200 Saturday mornings.

The band we featured this week was Go Long (!) another exciting acoustic local Ottawa band that has a great future ahead of them. We hope to see them at Bluesfest and travelling across Canada soon.
