As a mortgage advisor now, I have access to over 25 lenders at my disposal. This is a major reason I decided to becoming a planner as opposed to stay at my senior position at a leading financial institution. I was only able to offer you a predetermined rate set out by the institution based on certain variables. I then want to analyze your financial situation to make sure that your decision does indeed work well financially. I then make it a very easy process to deal with the lenders and come back with a presentation of what your options are, it is then just a matter of collecting the appropriate documents.
Another major reason is I want to become lifelong friends with my clients and grow with you. After coming back from travelling throughout Asia, I realized I absolutely wanted to be more community and family oriented, it just makes for a happier and healthier lifestyle. I want to make the mortgage process the easiest thing for you when making the biggest purchase of your life.
