The spring/summer market is in full swing, its a great busy time of year for sure!
This year is quite unusual as now Canada is leading the year on year average home price increase’s as recently reported by The Economist.
Housing starts are increasing from month to month at rates we have not seen in a while. 66% of new starts in the last month can be summed up by one word…. condos. Metropolitan areas across the country are seeing huge increases in traffic returning to the downtown cores.
