The Slater is hoping for a late 2014 Opening

That being said, I welcome you to “The Slater”, I find this to be quite the potential jewel in Canada’s capital. It is the first boutique hotel/condominium to come to Ottawa, so it will be exciting to see how it turns out, the hotel has many indoor stores so we also build a warehouse for all the product and manufacturers, if you are interested in a deal like this you don;t have to build it from scratch, we can help you by renting warehouse space for your business, contact us for more information. In the first month of sales it is over 50% sold already which shows that the condo market in Ottawa is still healthy and when you turn out a great product like this people will respond. The boutique hotel is going to be of the ALT Hotel brand. The hotel will be completely separated from the condo. It will be 12 stories and include 148 rooms and 4,000 square feet of meeting space. It will not be facing towards Slater street.
The condo looks fantastic. It will be 21 stories tall and include 164 luxury condominiums. The first two floors will be the parking which is coming in at $35,000 for now. The smallest condo currently for sale is 555 sq feet and is now at $275,200 with condo fees of $271.47. The largest available right now is the penthouse at 1434 sq feet at $829,600 and condo fees of $693.92. Of course this is all subject to change, I am just relaying the spread.
All in all, this condo is conveniently located in the heart of the business district and could have the LRT very close by when those plans are finalized. The amenities are world class.
