On Wednesday, October 24th, the beautiful new sales centre opened for the highly anticipated two new condos from Minto that will be located at soon to be revitalized Lansdowne park in Ottawa. Right now it is more of an informational look at the condos with sales starting around mid-November. The centre is located at the Fifth Avenue Court at 831 Bank Street in the Glebe and can be reached at 613-788-2784. The condos look great. At your doorstep you’ll find great entertainment such as the a licensed Empire 
theatre,new CFL team, hopefully new MLS team and the Ottawa 67’s, among other great sporting events. You will find great cafes and restaurants to accommodate whatever you are in the mood for. Plus there will be Ottawa’s first Whole Foods for that large scale healthy food store. The first condominium would be “The Rideau” and it looks to be about 20 Stories with 159 suites available. The price range is currently about $371,000 and up with Penthouses in the $790k to $1.3 Million range. Tentative occupancy is for late 2014. I love the idea of the Rideau Stadium Sports box overlooking the field on game day.
The second condo is “The Vibe”. It’s opening price range is around $294,000 and up. Parking is available for units over $345,000 and will cost $35,000 (for a limited time). The Vibe will have 79 units and be 13 stories tall. It will have the state of the art exercise room and the multi-purpose room for hosting your friends and family for gatherings.
