We met up with Tim Van Dyke @LUNCHOttawa, who is the founder and owner of the very successful fresh sandwich shops in Ottawa called Lunch. A very interesting man that is a true Ottawan, we met up at his flagship location on Bank street. We spoke about:

– the RGA Awards going on April 12th at the Convention Centre
– The response from the new location in the Public Works building in Gatineau
– Are there any taste differences between Gatineau and Ottawa in terms of food ordering
– Why it is good that Subway and big corporations are beside Lunch
– After so much travelling around the world, what brought him back to Ottawa
– What he likes about Ottawa now
– He is an avid skier
